ICG Agents must also be very familiar with UCP600, UCR522 and Incoterms 2010 and the easy to follow guidelines found in the URPIB Rules of Trade (© FTN Exporting).
You will also need to study and become proficient in the use of UCP 600 rules for documentary letters of credit and INCOTERMS 2010.

ICG Reps are protected at all times. With the acceptance of a properly formatted RFQ or ITB a deal becomes active. When a deal becomes active you will be issued an IPG (Irrevocable Payment Guarantee) that will ensure your commissions are protected until success or terminal failure has been recorded.
We do not deal with misguided applications such as LOI, NCNDA, NCND, BCL or the likes. Applications like these are found on internet sites – most likely by misguided intermediaries – who have not taken the time to learn and/or research how secondary market commodity trade deals close.
Any information provided by ICG Reps is confidential at all times. We do not disclose any sourced details or suppliers and/or end-buyers to anyone. ICG acts “on behalf of an undisclosed principal” when buying or selling commodities.
ICG Reps use the Product Board to buy and/or sell commodities applying only UCP600 DLC applications, Incoterms 2010 Delivery Rules, URC522 Collection Rules and English contract law applications.
